Returns

2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
